FRG hike at Kaena

There was a dirt road that everyone was using as a trail. We decided to take the road less traveled. It was more scenic.




There were tons of small hills EVERYWHERE. It was a great workout.









They found lots of crabs on the rocks.




Afterwards, we needed to cool down. Ry hosed the kids down with his water bottle.
He literally dumped all his water on the boys. COLD! But much appreciated.
