Daddy Dolls

At our last FRG (Family Readiness Group) meeting, Ry's company handed out Daddy Dolls for the kiddos. It's basically a doll dressed up like a soldier and you can insert a pic of their dad (or mom if that applies) in the face. They even come with their own dog tags (which we can insert a pic of dad in those, too). I wasn't quite sure what my kids would think of these things.

Funny thing, Jacob has never been a stuffed animal/doll type kid--EVER. Yet, he LOVES his Daddy doll.
Julia's is quite special to her, too.
So special is this thing, Jacob even sleeps with it now.
So does Marcus (sorry, forgot the pic is sideways).
The little faker! But he refuses to go to bed without his "red blankie" and his "Daddy doll". I'll be running prints of their dad off so that we can insert it into the face part of the doll this week. :)
