Jacob's birthday

We had a small, quiet birthday celebration at our house for Jacob's birthday. In fact, I believe we celebrated it early so that GramMom could be there for it. She had called the week before asking what Jacob's interests were (aka "what would he like for his big day?"). I told her he loves Cars (the Disney movie) and he obviously is in love with the Wii. So what did she get? The Disney Cars Wii game.



The other kiddos wanted to check out their, I mean Jacob's new game. ;)



I of course read to him all the cool features on the back and to see what all the game entails. Racing, mini-games, and even special appearances from Mike Wazowski!



He has played this every single day since he's received it--thanks GramMom and Papa!



All these fun gifts came from GramMom and Papa--I actually haven't put together the cool gift that I bought for him (an incredible train set with accompanying train table). He still thinks that his birthday gift was having a fun night at Chuck E. Cheese together. :) He also received a really cool Cars gift (it came with 3 of his favorite cars!) from the Grandon family. He absolutely loves them--and surprisingly is willing to share (sometimes) with Marcus (whom already loves cars).
