We had our Battalion Luau last night (mind you, this was REQUIRED attendance--oh the things we're forced to do in the army!!!! ;)). Ry and I had never been to this particular luau and hadn't seen the show either (very nice, but NOTHING on the Polynesian Cultural Center). Here's some pix from the show...



This guy was nuts--I still have no idea how they spread fire with their hands, put the fire in their mouths--or on their feet!


For part of the last dance, they grabbed some of us out of the crowd to hula on stage. Someone at our table made sure the CO's wife got chosen. She did a pretty good job (apparently in her ward, there are lots of members who work at the PCC and have taught lots of the sisters in Relief Society how to do some of the hula dances).
